Curriculum Vitae
Nicole has conducted research and taught at at Europa-Universität Flensburg, Germany, at the Department of English and American Studies in Vienna, Austria, and at the American Studies division at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany. She was a teaching fellow at Bowdoin College, Maine, U.S.A. and she was the recipient of the 2016 United States’ Ambassador’s Grant for Young Researchers in American studies which funded her stay as a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and pursue her interest in transpacific studies. Currently, Nicole serves as an academic adviser and coordinator for the university partnership with Global University, Springfield, Missouri at Højskolen Acts Academy, Kolding, Denmark. She has published on transpacific studies and life writing.
