Joint Study Information Day on January 27, 2026, at the Flensburg Campus

The Europa-Universität Flensburg and the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences cordially invite all prospective students to our beautiful campus for a Study Information Day in the “Helsinki” building.

• All of our Bachelor´s degree programs and sub-degree programs at the European University of Flensburg (EUF) as well as the Bachelor's degree programs at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (HS) will be presented in short talks on campus by the teaching staff.
• For all those interested in Flensburg's teacher training programs (B.A. Educational Sciences), the EUF's Student Guidance and Counseling Service (ZSB) will provide a basic overview in a comprehensive presentation (in German).
• There will also be overview presentations (in German) on
  • study orientation/choice of study and on applications by the ZSB of the EUF and the HS
  • financing your studies by the Studentenwerk, and
  • scholarships by the ZSB of the EUF.

It is possible to take part in guided tours (mostly in German, please address the tour guides if you need a translation into English):

• Guided tours of the EUF-Campus by the student group Unistarter; meeting point: Beyond the back entrance of the Building Helsinki;
  • Start times: tba
• Guided tours of the Central University Library (ZHB), meeting point: in the entrance area of the ZHB:
  • Start times: tba
• Guided tours of the Sports Center, meeting point: at the Sports Center (in the basement of GP Joule Arena/Campushalle , facing the dining hall):

On the ground floor of the Helsinki building you will find various information stands in the foyer (corridor):

• The Student Counseling Services of the University and the Student Counseling Service of the University of Applied Sciences will be happy to advise you on all study programs and answer your questions concerning studying in Flensburg..
• The first 200 visitors will receive a bag with EUF flyers, a paper pad and  a pencil – stop by the stand of the EUF Student Counseling Service to pick it up!
• The Studentenwerk Schleswig Holstein is the right place to go if you have questions about living on campus, about your Bafög application, etc.
• The International Center der EUF and the University of Applied Science advise on studying abroad.
• The University Sports Center,
• The Central University Library,
• The Jackstädt-Center.

You will find more information stands on the first floor of the Helsinki building in HEL 162 and HEL 156:

• you will meet students from a broad variety of subjects, get to know the student councils AStA of the EUF (Europa Universität Flensburg) and the AStA of the HS (University of Applied Sciences), try out physical experiments and get a chance to do talk to the student EU Career ambassador and a scholarship holder of the "Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes".
