Want to spend some time abroad?

International experience is an important part of the EUS program – but you can choose the form it takes. In the third semester, you have two options for studying abroad:

  • Semester abroad: You can study for one semester at one of EUF’s nearly 90 partner universities worldwide, financed by the Erasmus+ program.
  • Double degree: You can also opt for a double degree and choose between Universita degli Studi di Catania (Italy) or the University of Limerick (Ireland). Universita degli Studi di Catania is the right choice if you are interested in the Euro-Mediterranean region and international relations. You should choose the University of Limerick if you’re passionate about EU politics, cultural studies, and languages. By the way: You might be eligible for a scholarship at the University of Limerick!
  • Other options: If, for personal reasons, a semester abroad is not an option for you, you can still look forward to the annual trips to Brussels that you will take as part of your studies – and to making lots of international friends here at EUF.

No matter which path you choose, we wholeheartedly recommend studying abroad because it will improve your foreign language and intercultural communication skills, and give you an experience you will never forget. The International Center will help you every step of the way!
