Login Details for Students
As soon as you enroll in your program at EUF, you will receive your personal login credentials via email. You can use these credentials to access all of the university’s IT services. For example, you’ll need them for your email, Wi-Fi, registering for exams, or checking your grades. If something isn’t working or you have questions about your passwords, you’ll find quick help and important tips on this page.
In most cases, your login credentials are simply your student ID number and the corresponding password. You received both via email when you enrolled.
Along with their enrollment documents, each student receives an information sheet (PDF) containing their personal login credentials and their university email address. These login credentials are also referred to as network login credentials.

DownloadPlease note that the login credentials for Studiport and the EUF Portal (our systems for course and exam registration) are fundamentally different from your regular login credentials. ATTENTION: Starting July 31, 2026, you will also use your network login credentials for the EUF Portal and Studiport.
You can change your login credentials using the “myIDM” password self-service tool and set up security questions in case you ever forget your password.

As soon as you use an EUF IT service, you are subject to the provisions of the Framework Regulations (Bylaws). Among other things, these stipulate that you may not disclose your network access credentials to third parties. This also applies to apps and other software:
Never enter your login credentials into (smartphone) apps or software unless they have been officially approved by the Europa-Universität Flensburg or published by the university itself. Otherwise, your data could fall into the wrong hands and be misused.
