This transfer field contains an extension of the classic transfer concept. The focus is on establishing project-independent, trusting relationships between individuals through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and appreciation. The activities in this transfer field are not initially purpose-oriented in terms of subject matter. The objective is to create networks for later transfer activities.

ProRef Alumni Network
The program for preparing refugees for university studies and integrating them into higher education (ProRef) has been in existence since 2016. Since then, more than 300 people from over 13 countries have participated in order to prepare for university studies. Participants and alumni can stay in touch and exchange ideas via the alumni network.

FORTRAMA is aimed at professionals in research and transfer management at universities and research institutions and offers a dynamic network for networking, further training, and professional development. The aim is to raise the profile of the profession, pool expertise, and thus strengthen science and research in the long term.
Klimapakt Flensburg e.V.
Since 2008, Klimapakt Flensburg e.V. has been bringing together companies, institutions, and public bodies in the Flensburg region to pursue ambitious climate protection goals. Among other things, the aim is to achieve CO₂ neutrality in the city by 2050 and to raise awareness of climate-friendly behavior through a variety of projects and public relations work.
FIT-Program: FITforEUF
The aim of the FIT@EUF project is to attract international students to study full-time in Germany, support them successfully through their studies, prepare them for professional life, and connect them with future employers. The FITforEUF module includes, among other things, the establishment of a stakeholder forum.

The FITforNETWORK module involves networking between EUF and international students with stakeholders from business, politics, public service, and the cultural and educational sectors.
