Users are subject to the User Regulations Statutes as soon as they start using any IT service at EUF. One important user regulation prohibits users from disclosing their network access data (username and password) to third parties. The designation "third parties" includes apps and other software. To prevent your data from falling into the wrong hands and from misuse, never enter your access data into a (smartphone) app or software program that was not officially approved or issued by EUF.

What are they used for?
All students at Europa-Universität Flensburg will receive an individual
user account, which allows access to the different IT-services of the university, such as:
- to the university's WLAN (via your notebook, tablet or mobile phone)
- to e-mail over the Internet via webmail (Roundcube)
- to e-mail on the mobile device
and to some other IT-services.
With his/her registration document each student receives an information sheet with the login details and the student's university e-mail address.
