This year, the EUF Centre for Irish Studies will once again be celebrating St Patrick's Day a couple days early with the "St Patrick's Day Brew" event. There will be beer-tasting inspired by the Monastic tradition and a guided odyssey through the history of beer with Peter Marhöfer. This time, there will be 9 beers to taste (with plenty to go around and a tasting glass souvenir); inspired by St Patrick, the beers have been chosen according to their connection to the monastic brewing tradition.

The lecture is free, but the beer tasting is 35 euros (to be paid in cash at the door or in advance by Paypal).
