   International Conference in honour of Hauke Brunkhorst , 22nd- 24th of October 2025

The conference contributions discuss the relationship between social evolution and legal revolution from sociological, political science, historical, and legal perspectives. The social evolution of law and the constitutional interplay between law and politics are key aspects of societal development over the past millennium. The analyses of law presented in the conference papers contribute to a deeper understanding of the current social situation. Everybody is welcome throughout the conference, prior registration is not necessary. The conference will take place in TAL 007 und HEL 160.
