From 31 August to 5 September 2025 the 19th International Research Workshop (IRWS) will be held again this year at the Akademie Sankelmark (near Flensburg)

The IRWS is organised by the PhD Network, which is also supported by the Europa Universität Flensburg. The participation fees are 599 € including accommodation and meals or 399 € without accommodation.

Providing a broad overview on the variety of qualitative and quantitative methods in (social) empirical research, the workshop is particularly suitable for doctoral students that are at an early stage of their studies. The IRWS is organised by the Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg.
