DeepL-Pro Pilot Project Launches at EUF

TAP staff in selected roles to receive DeepL Pro licenses.

EUF is launching a DeepL Pro pilot project in late summer and early fall 2026. Seventy DeepL Pro Team + Write licenses will be made available to selected staff in administrative, technical, and coordinating roles.  Through the central university setup, license holders will have access to custom resources in DeepL Pro, including the EUF German-English glossary and English style guide.

Departments and projects may purchase additional licenses from their own budgets at the reduced rates available under the framework agreement. Central funding may also be expanded in the future to provide additional licenses for other staff members and groups at the university.

The DeepL Pro Team + Write licenses and user support are managed by the Translation Office team under the direction of the Head of the International Office and within the broader coordination of the Department for European and International Affairs.

Further information and practical resources for Team + Write license holders and other DeepL Pro users at EUF will soon be available on the EUF intranet.
