Special education for learning sees itself as an empirically oriented and differentially oriented intervention pedagogy that focuses on special features and difficulties in the learning of children, adolescents and adults under school and non-school conditions.
It is assumed that learning generally takes place in heterogeneous groups and that teaching is inclusive. A closer look at the learning process and the conditional structure of the pupils is important. Differentiation and peer-supported as well as specific support services are actively designed by competent teachers in an effective teaching-learning setting.
