EMERGE Community Open Days

The Community Open Days are events that bring together students, lecturers and external partners to network, exchange ideas and initiate collaborative projects.

We promote community-based collaboration and regional networking. The events offer workshops, exchange programmes and opportunities to get involved, all aimed at fostering inclusion, sustainability and the development of our region.

Mindfulness Break @ EMERGE Intercultural and Diversity Festival

A mindful break from the hustle and bustle of campus life: Together, we will explore a few simple exercises performed sitting and standing, designed to promote relaxation, inner calm and awareness of the present moment. An opportunity to experience mindfulness both individually and in the company of others.

Date: 5 November 2026
Time: 11:00–11:45 CET
Location: Campelle

Recharge your energy, experience a sense of lightness and perhaps continue with the rest of your day feeling a little more mindful.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start (at 10:45 am) to find a seat and get settled in. There will also be an opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea in the beautiful Campelle before the workshop begins.

The session will be led by Dr. Carolin Ermer.

Students, staff and members of the public are warmly invited. Everyone is welcome!
