EMERGE – Lifelong Learning

EMERGE is dedicated to the collaborative development of educational offerings for adult learners, complementing the existing provision at Europa-Universität Flensburg.

A particular focus is placed on in-service teachers as well as individuals with limited access to educational opportunities. A needs assessment is currently being carried out to identify target groups more precisely and, on this basis, to develop tailored offerings.

A further goal within this area of cooperation is the development of Micro-Credentials (digital records of specific competencies acquired through short learning units), providing low-threshold and flexible access to lifelong learning content.
