Curriculum Vitae

Judith Neidhardt has been working as a research assistant in the FossilExit research group at the Europa-Universität Flensburg since October 2025.

Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant in the field of climate protection and energy at the German Bundestag. Here, she focused in particular on structural change and the phase-out of coal in the German and Colombian coal regions, as well as German mining law and concepts of decentralized energy supply.

For her master's thesis in Urban Future Studies, she conducted research in cooperation with a community in Colombia on methods of power-critical mapping. She gained further international experience during her studies at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. As a research assistant, she worked on research projects on gender-specific acceptance of the energy transition and community-oriented neighborhood development.
