Studiport won't disappear immediately. With so many functions, configurations, and underlying processes, it can't be replaced with just one click. So for the time being and in the years to come, Studiport and the EUF Portal will coexist - and you can use the same login credentials for both portals. Gradually, you'll gain access to more and more processes within the EUF Portal.
In the new EUF Portal, it is possible to enrol for courses and register for examinations. The EUF Portal is currently not used by all students. Please use the EUF Portal for the following degree programmes:
1st semester degree programmes (HeSe 2026/2027):
- B.A. Bildungswissenschaften
- M.A. European Studie (EUS)
1st - 3rd semester degree programmes (HeSe 2025/2026):
- B.A. International Management - BWL
- B.A. Social Sciences: Social and Political Change
- B.A. Transcultural European Studies: Languages, Cultures, Interactions (TES)
- B.A. European Cultures and Society (EUCS)
Transcultural European Studies:
- Transcultural European Studies has already been migrated to the EUF portal as an entire degree programme, and the higher semesters are also created in the EUF portal with teaching and examinations.
Which degree programmes continue to use Studiport?
The higher semesters of the above-mentioned degree programmes as well as the other EUF degree programmes are - as usual - in Studiport.
Login credentials: How can I log into the new EUF Portal?
Starting July 31, 2026, you will also log in to the EUF Portal using your network login credentials. You received these credentials upon enrollment. These are the same credentials you use for email, Moodle, Wi-Fi, etc. You can find more information about your login credentials here.
Until July 31, 2026, the following applies: The EUF Portal and Studiport currently still have their own user management systems. You received the separate login credentials for the EUF Portal when you enrolled.
Your login credentials (including your updated password) are valid for both Studiport and the EUF Portal. If you want to change your password, you can do so in the EUF Portal.
Your login credentials are synced to Studiport every night and are therefore valid there the following day as well.
Well, actually both: "HISinOne" is the manufacturer's name for the software solution we'll be using from now on. It includes many modules, each with its own name (STU, EXA, APP, and RES).
To avoid burdening our students with complex names and abbreviations, and because the name "Studiport" (https://studiport.uni-flensburg.de) was well-received in the past, we decided to give the new system its own specific name: EUF Portal (https://eufportal.uni-flensburg.de).
In short: everyone will know what you mean whether you say "EUF Portal" or "HISinOne" - and both are correct. ;)
Simply put: By July 31, 2026, using the EUF Portal login credentials you received with your enrollment documents.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
With your enrollment documents, you received two different types of login data:
- Your network access data for accessing your university email, Wi-Fi, computer rooms, etc.
- Your login credentials for EUF Portal. Now, you can use this username and password to access the EUF Portal. You can try it out here: https://eufportal.uni-flensburg.de HOWEVER: Starting July 31, 2026, you must also log in to the EUF Portal using the network access credentials listed in section 1.
Starting July 31, 2026, we will standardize registration on the EUF portal. This means you will only need one account for most IT systems at the EUF.
Currently, this is normal. Please wait until the next day; in the meantime, you can use your old password for Studiport.
Why does this happen? When you change the shared password for both Studiport"and EUF Portal within the new EUF Portal, the old Studiport doesn’t automatically know this yet. The new password isn't transferred to Studiport until the nightly synchronization process has occurred. Until then, your old password remains valid in Studiport - even though you can already use the new one in the EUF Portal.
But don't worry: Starting July 31, 2026, only network access accounts will be used on the EUF Portal and Studiport as well. By then, you’ll have just one account for almost all IT systems!
Studiport will remain active until August 2029. All students whose studies are subject to a "Studiport Examination Regulation" can continue to use Studiport through the end of their studies, until August 2029 at the latest.
At the same time, new students who in our "Teaching and Examination" programs will do so entirely through the new portal, starting with single-subject bachelor's programs in Fall Semester 2025, the Bachelor's in Educational Science in Fall Semester 2026, and the master's programs in Fall Semester 2027.
These new students will register for exams through the EUF Portal, while existing students will continue to use Studiport.
For the "Teaching and Examination" area, this will lead to a gradual shift away from Studiport and into the EUF Portal by 2029.
