University Didactics in the Centre of Competence for Studies & Teaching

The Department for University Didactics at the Center of Competence for Studies and Teaching is responsible for sustainable perpetuation and development of the quality of university teaching. It aspires to help shape a teaching culture that promotes learning as an integral part of university development. Teaching in this context is understood as a malleable space in which innovative formats, current challenges and the diverse needs of students are given equal consideration.

The university teaching training and continuous education programme is open to all teaching staff. It offers practical, dialogue-oriented support on a scientific basis and creates spaces for peer exchange, networking and joint reflection on individual teaching and learning experiences.
