The Centre of Competence for Studies and Teaching (KSL) brings services and offers in the area of key qualifications relevant to teaching and studying together in one institution — particularly with regard to the digitization of university teaching and general key competencies. Offers in the area of digitalization include the development of concepts for digitized teaching and opportunities to experiment with new digital teaching methods in everyday teaching, as well as guidance, advice and support for digital teaching.
In the area of key competencies, training and consulting services are offered for academic work and university didactics. The modular university teaching certificate programme ‘ReflActive Teaching’ offers teaching staff the opportunity to explore questions of tradition, innovation and routine in teaching within various formats, to design teaching and learning processes in a student-oriented manner and to further develop their own teaching skills.
