Staff Week in Rennes (France)

EMERGE partner university Université Rennes 2 is organizing a Staff Week on the topic of “Language and interculturality in higher education.” Two EUF employees can receive Erasmus+ funding and reimbursement of the participation fee (€350) for the training. Participants can improve their French language skills in 16 hours of language and cultural studies, broaden their understanding of French culture, and take part in a variety of cultural activities.

When?

  • June 22–26, 2026
    • If you would like to participate in Staff Week, please apply for Erasmus+ funding by March 2, 2026. If you are selected for Erasmus+ funding, please register online to participate by March 16, 2026.

Staff Week in A Coruña (UDC)

The University of A Coruña (UDC) invites you to Spain for its International Week “Spanish for Academic Global Engagement.” The Staff Week is aimed at university staff who want to strengthen their international profile and use Spanish in an academic context.

The program focuses on the role of the Spanish language as a tool for global academic cooperation. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their language and communication skills through exchanges with native speakers.

When?

  • May 18–22, 2026

Staff Training Week in Limerick

The University of Limerick invites staff to attend the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week “Connecting Global Perspectives, Student Support & Community Engagement.” The training week is aimed at academic and administrative staff and is organized by UL Global, the Student Affairs Division, and UL Engage. The aim is to exchange best practices, promote staff development, and strengthen international partnerships.

Participants choose one of three thematic areas:

  • Internationalization at Home
  • Student Affairs / Student Support
  • University–Community Engagement

When?

  • May 18–22, 2026 (application deadline: April 1, 2026)

Angewandte Festival (Vienna)

The University of Applied Arts Vienna invites you to the Angewandte Festival 2026. The festival offers insights into current projects, exhibitions, and discourses in art, design, and science. The detailed program will be published at the end of May.

When?

  • July 1–4, 2026 

Staff Week in Jyväskylä (Finland)

The University of Jyväskylä invites you to JYU Staff Week 2026 in Finland. Staff Week offers opportunities for exchange and networking and provides best practice examples in three thematic tracks:

  • Track 1: Managing Student Mobilities
  • Track 2: Promoting interdisciplinary and impact-oriented research on wellbeing
  • Track 3: Planning and implementing international joint and double degree programs

In addition to workshops and presentations, there will be time for individual meetings with colleagues from the International Office and the faculties, as well as a social program to get to know the city of Jyväskylä.

When?

Staff Week in Budapest

Eötvös Loránd University invites you to the international Staff Week “Find a way out of the gray everyday routine! - Digital educational escape rooms in education.” The event is aimed at university staff who want to learn about and try out innovative digital teaching and learning formats.

The focus is on digital escape rooms as a didactic tool in education. In addition to professional exchange, the program offers practical insights and opportunities for international networking.

Babeș-Bolyai University invites you to the Staff Week “New European Trends in Psychology and Educational Sciences.” The international week aims to provide an inspiring setting for academic exchange and bring together interactive workshops, expert discussions, and networking events.

ULBS University is organizing an iWeek to exchange ideas on joint, sustainable cooperation in the fields of education, research, and innovation. The hybrid format will cover topics such as artificial intelligence, the social impact of universities, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Staff Week in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) invites you to the International Staff Week 2026 as part of the Erasmus+ program. The event is organized in collaboration with the EURA Alliance. The aim is to strengthen institutional capacities, develop intercultural and professional skills, and promote sustainable strategic cooperation between universities.
