Staff Week in Adana (Turkey)

Çukurova University invites you to the 13th International Staff Week in Adana. The theme is “Partners in Practice: Strengthening International Office Operations Together.” The event is aimed at staff members of the International Relations Offices at partner and non-partner universities, including those from central administration as well as from faculties and departments.

Staff Week in Ljubljana (Slovenia)

The University of Ljubljana invites you to its Staff Week, “Digital Bridges: Communicating with Students in Erasmus+ in the Age of Digital Tools.” The event focuses on communication with students and staff via digital tools—from applying for mobility programs to providing support before and during the stay, and through reintegration upon return. The program includes, among other things, presentations on intercultural and intergenerational communication, a World Café, a workshop on AI and collaboration platforms, and opportunities for networking.

Staff Weeks in Oxford (United Kingdom)

The Staff Mobility Institute Oxford is offering two Staff Weeks for higher education staff in 2027. Both programs last five days in Oxford and include a group day in London. English for the Higher Education Workplace is an English language training program designed for everyday higher education settings, such as emails, meetings, and presentations. International Office in Practice is designed for staff members from international offices and offers opportunities to exchange best practices, explore digital tools and AI, and gain insights into the British higher education landscape. Both programs are conducted in English in small groups.

  • English for the Higher Education Workplace: April 12–16, 2027; May 10–14, 2027; June 14–18, 2027; July 12–16, 2027; September 13–17, 2027, or October 11–15, 2027
