Description
Language of instruction: German and Italian
This course is suitable for students with no previous knowledge of Italian. Designed for beginners, the course is based on a communicative approach that encourages students to speak Italian from the first lesson.
The course teaches basic elements of Italian grammar required for level A1.1: simple presentation, formation of multiple forms, articles, adjectives, etc.
In order to combine communication skills with grammar knowledge, participants will take part in interactive learning activities during the lessons, such as role-plays and group games.
The course will address the learning needs and interests of the students, but with a native speaker teaching assistant, it is also designed to stimulate your interest in the Italian language and culture and to provide information and materials on socio-cultural aspects of contemporary Italy and the Italian way of life.
At the end of this level, participants will be able to give a presentation about themselves, their family and friends, express preferences and talk about hobbies and activities in their free time.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. This also requires the completion of homework to further practise and consolidate what has been learned.
The course consists of 30 attendance hours. Attendance is compulsory. If you want to have a certificate of achievement, you may not be absent for more than 6 lessons (20%). The final grade is made up of 30% class participation and 70% final exam.

Description
Dieser Kurs ist für Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer ohne Vorkenntnisse der italienischen Sprache geeignet. Der Kurs wurde für Anfänger entwickelt und basiert auf einem kommunikativen Ansatz, der die Schüler ermutigt, bereits ab der ersten Unterrichtsstunde Italienisch zu sprechen.
Der Kurs vermittelt grundlegende Elemente der italienischen Grammatik, die für das Niveau A1.1 erforderlich sind: einfache Präsentation, Bildung mehrerer Formen, Artikel, Adjektive usw.
Um Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Grammatikkenntnissen zu verbinden, werden die Teilnehmenden während des Unterrichts an interaktiven Lernaktivitäten wie Rollenspielen und Gruppenspielen teilnehmen.
Der Kurs wird sich mit den Lernbedürfnissen und Interessen der Kursteilnehmenden befassen, aber mit einer muttersprachlichen Lehrkraft soll er auch Ihr Interesse an der italienischen Sprache und Kultur wecken und Informationen und Materialien über soziokulturelle Aspekte des heutigen Italiens und des italienischen Lebensstils bereitstellen.
Am Ende dieses Niveaus können die Teilnehmenden eine Präsentation über sich selbst, ihre Familie und Freunde halten, Präferenzen äußern und über Hobbys und Aktivitäten in ihrer Freizeit sprechen.
Eine regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme sind Voraussetzung für das erfolgreiche Absolvieren des Kurses. Dafür ist ebenfalls das Erledigen von Hausaufgaben notwendig, um das Gelernte weiter zu üben und zu festigen.
Der Kurs umfasst 30 Präsenzstunden. Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht. Wenn Sie einen Leistungsnachweis haben möchten, dürfen Sie nicht mehr als 6 Unterrichtsstunden (20%) fehlen. Die Endnote setzt sich zusammen aus 30% Unterrichtsbeteiligung und 70% Abschlussklausur.

Language of instruction: German and Italian
This course is aimed at participants with previous knowledge of the Italian language. Building on previous knowledge, the aim of the course is to reach an A1 level.
Grammar topics for this level include the use of perfect tense (passato prossimo), irregular plurals, modal verbs (dovere, potere, volere). The course will address the learning needs and interests of the participants and, with a native speaker teacher, it is also designed to stimulate your interest in Italian language and culture and to provide information and materials on socio-cultural aspects of contemporary Italy and the Italian way of life.
At the end of this level, participants will be able to talk about their daily life, eating habits and local and Italian food culture, read and write biographical information about themselves and/or famous personalities, write a description of a city, a country, a fashion style or similar.
