EMERGE HUB Reservation

To reserve the EMERGE HUB, please complete the following form. Before submitting your request, make sure that your preferred date is not already booked.

Please submit your reservation request at least three weeks prior to the planned event.

The EMERGE HUB will be closed on the following dates:

December 15, 2026 – January 13, 2027
July 15, 2026 – September 1, 2026

Reservations during these periods cannot be considered.

If your reservation is approved, you will receive a second confirmation email from Lucila.
