Course enrollment and allocation procedure

At Europa-Universität Flensburg, places in modules are allocated at the beginning of each semester by means of a three-step enrollment procedure.

This enrollment procedure is divided into three phases:

  • In the first phase, students can enter their enrollment requests in Studiport. During the enrollment period, it does not matter when these entries are made, as long as they are made within the time frame provided.
  • In the second phase, places in modules are allocated based on the requests entered. This allocation is automated according to fixed rules.
  • In the third phase, students can choose remaining free modules on a first-come, first-served basis.

Login to EUF Portal and Studiport

Upon enrollment, you will receive your login credentials for the EUF Portal and Studiport via email. Please note that you will have a separate username. You must change your password the first time you log in. Be sure to remember your password! Alternatively, you can retrieve your login credentials through the EUF Portal.

If you have forgotten your password, a new one must be generated. It may take up to 24 hours for the new password to become active after it has been generated. If necessary, please write:

as a Bachelor student to: zulassung-ba-PleaseRemoveIncludingDashes-@uni-flensburg.de

    as a Master's student to: zulassung-ma@uni-flensburg.de

Starting July 31, 2026, separate login credentials for the EUF Portal will no longer be required. You will then log in using your network access credentials. For more information, please visit the network access account page or the portal information page.
