This Workshop will present the key Elements required for planning and preparing an application for own funding after the completion of a doctorate. A successful academic career includes the acquisition of third party-funding as a Main applicant fromm research organization such as the DFG or EU/ERC. This workshop offers information on the theoretical part of such an application - from planning to submission.
