Modul: Elevate Your English B2.1-B2.3
Dieses neue dreiteilige Modul wurde vom Englischteam des Zentrums für Sprachen konzipiert, um Studierenden und Mitarbeitenden der EUF die Verbesserung ihrer Englischkenntnisse auch innerhalb der Semesterferien zu ermöglichen. Dabei wird sich vor allem, aber nicht nur auf Englisch für akademische Zwecke fokussiert.
Besonders gute Leistungen werden belohnt!
Studierende der Bildungswissenschaften, die das Modul Elevate Your English belegen, werden bei sehr guter Leistung mit einem TOEFL ITP Test belohnt. Die Kosten für den Test werden vom Zentrum für Sprachen übernommen, sodass dem Auslandssemester nichts mehr im Wege steht (siehe Voraussetzungen weiter unten).

Elevate Your English level B2.1 is part one of the three level Elevate Your English module offered by the EUF Language Center. Join us for an intensive three week four hours per day course to maintain and build on the English you have learned in high school and elsewhere. This course is rooted in an English for academic purposes context, but is more than suitable for everyday communication in English. Prepare yourself for study-abroad by learning the English skills necessary for taking a TOEFL ITP, learning academic level vocabulary, and putting into practice grammar knowledge, or just come and expand your knowledge and practice the skills of English.
This module is consists of three levels, of which this is the first. A B2.2 course will be offered in the Spring semester so that you can continue on your English learning journey.

Assessment:
Regular and active participation in the class.
Completion of homework assignments.
Final exam on the last day of class.
This course consists of 60 classroom hours.

Voraussetzungen zur Kostenübernahme
Damit die Kosten des TOEFL ITP Tests übernommen werden, müssen folgende Kriterien erfüllt werden:
- Zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Module
- Anmeldung zum dritten Modul
- Eine Durchschnittsnote der Module von 1,7
