Primary school pedagogy Der Arbeitsbereich widmet sich in Forschung und Lehre der Grundschulpädagogik aus einer gesellschaftstheoretischen Perspektive. Im Zentrum steht die kritisch-reflexive Auseinandersetzung mit den gesellschaftlichen und institutionellen Bedingungen pädagogischen Handelns im Primarbereich. Hieran anschließend werden Fragen einer diversitätsorientierten und diskriminierungskritischen Gestaltung von Schule und Unterricht bearbeitet und entsprechende Ansätze pädagogischer Professionalität und Professionalisierung weiterentwickelt.
