TiE Presents...

Welcome to the homepage of our English-language theatre troupe - Theatre in English!

Every Semester our students put together a theatre production in English as part of an Oral Communication course. While Oral Communication is typically offered in the fifth semester, many of our TiE performers have returned year after year, participating for the challenge and the fun of mounting an entire production in a single semester!

Past semesters have included slam poetry, comedy and drama one-act plays and scenes from full-length plays, an audience-participation murder mystery, improv game shows, and scripts that the students have written themselves! Even we are never sure what the next semester holds.

The performances are typically at the end of the semester - the last or next-to-last week of classes - on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone is welcome and attendance is free - but donations are always gratefully accepted!
