IN FORM Project Newsletter
Purpose
We process your personal data to send you information via email about the IN FORM project. This includes, in particular, notifications about roundtable discussions, events, dates, and other project-related information and offerings.
As part of your registration, we process the following data:

If you provide it voluntarily, we also process the following data:
- Title
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Content of your submitted message
Confirmation of your registration
After registering via the website, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your registration again. Only after providing this confirmation will we add your email address to our mailing list.

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Right to withdraw consent

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
Recipients
Your data will only be processed by people entrusted with organizing and operation of the IN FORM project as well as with the distribution of project-related information.
Storage time
We will store your data for as long as your consent remains valid and you wish to receive information about the IN FORM project.
If you withdraw your consent, your data will no longer be used for this purpose and will be deleted, provided that no legal retention obligations prevent this.
Necessity to provide data
There is a necessity to provide your email address if you wish to receive information about the IN FORM project via email. Providing additional data is voluntary.
