What is the ZIMT-Servicedesk?

The ZIMT-Servicedesk is Europa-Universität Flensburg's central point of contact for all questions and problems relating to information and media technology.

If problems cannot be solved immediately or directly on-site, a specialist of the ZIMT-Servicedesk will be available to deal with your problem.

No support of private devices

For legal reasons we cannot offer support for private hardware and software.

Help and services

  • Acceptance and direct support or, if necessary, forwarding to colleagues in the back office
  • Among other things, help and advice with WLAN problems
  • Projectors, interactive boards, audio equipment, cables and overhead projectors
  • Help and advice on the use of audio/video technology
  • Printer cartridges and ink cartridges (incl. order taking)
  • small IT parts/PC accessories (keyboards, mice, USB sticks etc.)
  • various cables and adapters (such as VGA, audio, USB, network/LAN/patch cables)
  • Projector
  • Notebooks (only for short term loan)
  • Loudspeakers, chargers, power supply units (short term loan only
  • Credit for KIM copier (only EUF members with DOZ account)
  • Distribution of ZIMT information flyers
  • Recording of events and programs
