The department offers theoretically sound as well as quantitative-analytical courses with a recognizable application orientation on central topics in the fields of finance and accounting. The courses offered are embedded in particular in the bachelor's and master's degree programs of the International Institute of Management and Economic Education, but are also open in parts to students of other degree programs. The conception of the teaching aims at preparing students competitively for a business management career in corporate practice.
