Vor dem Auslandsaufenthalt

Wenn Sie im Rahmen von Erasmus+ an einer Partnerhochschule im Ausland studieren werden, müssen Sie vor Antritt des Auslandssemesters ein Learning Agreement abschließen. Das Learning Agreement ist für Auslandsaufenthalte außerhalb Erasmus+ nicht verpflichtend, aber es wird dringend empfohlen, trotzdem eine analoge Lernvereinbarung zu unterzeichnen.

Achtung: Ab dem Herbstsemester 2022/23 ist ein Online Learning Agreement erforderlich.

  • Das Online Learning Agreement (OLA): Hierzu suchen Sie Kurse aus dem Vorlesungsverzeichnis der Partnerhochschule heraus. Die Kurse sollten dem breiten Angebot des B.A. European Cultures and Society entsprechen. Stimmen Sie die Anerkennung der Kurse bitte vorab mit Ihrer Studiengangskoordinatorin ab und füllen daraufhin bitte das Online Learning Agreement ONLINE über die Plattform www.learning-agreement.eu aus und unterschreiben es digital. Ihre Koordinatorin der EUF sowie die Gasthochschule erhalten automatisch Mail-Benachrichtigungen mit Link zum OLA, um dies zu prüfen und dann abzuzeichnen. Alle Parteien müssen dem Online Learning Agreement vor dem Start des Auslandsaufenthaltes zustimmen.
  • Klären Sie die Anerkennbarkeit bitte mit Ihrer Ansprechpartnerin des Studiengangs, Frau Patrícia Barbosa, rechtzeitig ab.

Alle Parteien (die Partnerhochschule, Ihre Ansprechpartnerin von EUCS, sowie Sie selbst) müssen das Learning Agreement vor dem Start der Mobilitätsphase unterzeichnen. Das fertige Online Learning Agreement laden Sie bitte herunter und senden es an outgoing@uni-flensburg.de. Einen Leitfaden zum Ausfüllen des Online Learning Agreements finden Sie unter "Downloads".

Es kann vorkommen, dass Sie die zuvor geplanten Kurse nicht besuchen können (z.B. aufgrund zeitlicher Überschneidungen). Innerhalb der ersten fünf Wochen nach Start des Semesters im Ausland können Sie Ihre Kurswahl im Online Learning Agreement im Bereich "During the Mobility" verändern. Hierzu müssen Sie zunächst die Anerkennbarkeit der neu herausgesuchten Kurse mit Ihrer Studiengangskoordinatorin abklären und dann das Learning Agreement ONLINE anpassen. Wenn Ihre Studiengangskoordinatorin und auch die Gasthochschule der Veränderung im Online Learning Agreement zugestimmt haben, laden Sie das Online Learing Agreement bitte herunter und senden es an outgoing@uni-flensburg.de.

Für die an der Partnerhochschule bestandenen Kurse erhalten Sie ein Transcript of Records der Partnerhochschule. Sobald das Trancript of Records vorliegt, reichen Sie dies bitte zusammen mit dem Anerkennungsantrag (zu finden unter "Downloads") bei Ihrer Studiengangskoordinatorin ein. Wichtig ist, dass Sie das Original des Trancripts einreichen. Also entweder per Post oder von der Partneruni direkt an eucs@uni-flensburg.de.

Die Anerkennung der Kurse wird dann für Sie veranlasst.

Für eventuelle Rückfragen zu den Kursen an der Partnerhochschule halten Sie bitte eine Kursbeschreibung (auf Englisch oder Deutsch) bereit.

Bitte stellen Sie den Antrag auf Anerkennung Ihrer Kurse, sobald das Transcript of Records der Partnerhochschule vorliegt. Zum Teil senden die Partnerhochschulen das Transcript of Records an das International Center der Europa-Universität Flensburg und zum Teil an die Studierenden selbst. Im ersteren Fall erfragen Sie bitte beim International Center, ob das Transcript bereits eingetroffen ist.

Informationen zur Anerkennung von im Ausland erbrachten Leistungen

Die Anerkennung wird nach den Grundsätzen der Lissabon-Konvention umgesetzt. Einer der wichtigsten Kernpunkte der Lissabon-Konvention ist der Paradigmenwechsel von der "Gleichwertigkeit" zum "wesentlichen Unterschied". Dieser besagt, dass Unterschiedlichkeit zwischen zwei Kursen der Gastuniversität und der Heimatuniversität grundsätzlich kein Hindernis für die Anerkennung darstellt. Das relevanteste Kriterium im Anerkennungsverfahren ist gemäß der Lissabon-Konvention das jeweilige Lernergebnis.

Methode und Bewertungskriterien:

Folgende fünf Schlüsselelemente stehen bei der Prüfung auf wesentliche Unterschiede im Fokus (dem Leitfaden von nexus folgend):

1. Qualität: Prüfung, ob ausländische Hochschule und ggf. der Studiengang im Gastland nach den dort geltenden Rechtsvorschriften akkreditiert sind.

2. Niveau: Niveaustufe (Bachelor, Master), der die im Ausland erworbene Leistung zuzuordnen ist.

3. Lernergebnisse: Die Anerkennungsprüfung ist lernergebnisorientiert. Dabei wird nicht auf der detaillierten Mikroebene verglichen, sondern im Hinblick auf die Erfordernisse des Weiterstudiums geprüft.

4. Umfang: Abweichungen im quantitativen Umfang der erbrachten Studienleistungen (d.h. Unterschiede hinsichtlich der erbrachten ECTS-Credits) sind in der Regel kein Grund für die Verweigerung der Anerkennung.

5. Profil: Prüfung, ob die erzielten Lernergebnisse zum Profil des Studiengangs an der Heimathochschule Bezug haben (z.B. Schwerpunkte, Qualifikations- und Kompetenzziele etc.).

Widerspruch: Im Falle einer negativen Anerkennungsentscheidung erhalten Studierende einen Anerkennungsbescheid (Gründe für die Entscheidung und Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung).

This page provides an overview of partner universities and courses taken by EUCS students during their semester abroad. The information on this page can give you an idea of the type of courses you are likely to find abroad and that were accredited in Flensburg. However, be aware that there are always changes to the course programs and that you need to thoroughly research in advance what courses will be available and  accredited for your stay abroad.

Some EUCS students have gone on ERASMUS exchanges, others went to non-Erasmus partners and, and still others went as free movers.

ERASMUS exchange: Most of the cooperation agreements with our partner universities were initiated by different institutes of Europa-Universität Flensburg. Under each university name you can find the ERASMUS codes that were the basis of each specific agreement. Some universities have an open door policy, allowing you to take courses from several institutes / faculties. The courses taken by your colleagues might already give you an idea if this is possible, but a definite answer can only come from our partner university.

Non-ERASMUS exchanges: Outside of Europe, it is easier to get access to most of the courses offered by our partners, given that most of them have an open door policy. You, however, must check the details.

Free movers: It is entirely up to you to negotiate with the university at which you want to study all the details of your semester abroad.
