DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, we will explore how you can develop your Aca
 demic Writing and your individual writing process to create professional, 
 successful texts and to increase your productivity as well as efficiency. 
 The workshop offers a broad range of input from the theoretical background
  of Academic Writing models and writing identities to writing strategies t
 hat you will explore for your own writing process. We discuss the role of 
 genAI for Academic Writing both in terms of individual writing strategies 
 and of the (legal) requirements of good academic practice. We will work wi
 th a few selected genAI tools for this. At the end of the workshop, you wi
 ll be able to identify the points in the writing process that require writ
 erly decisions and will be familiar with the options for these decisions. 
 You will also have a good understanding of the status quo of your own Acad
 emic Writing process and whether – and if so for which phases – you wi
 sh to include or not include genAI tools. &nbsp;Learning outcomes&nbsp;Par
 ticipants familiarise themselves with models and phases of the Academic Wr
 iting process in light of their own Academic Writing process.Participants 
 work with and evaluate a broad spectrum of writing strategies for the diff
 erent phases and tasks of the Academic Writing process.Participants reflec
 t on the role of genAI for the different phases of the Academic Writing pr
 ocess and familiarise themselves with the legal and ethical framework of g
 enAI use.Participants are enabled in their decision-making skills with reg
 ard to their text production and to their individual design of the differe
