The University Board and the Central Administration are located in the Dublin Building.

The majority of the institutes as well as the lecture rooms of Europa-Universität Flensburg are located in the Oslo Building (OSL). The Information Desk, the Central Mailroom and the Central Switchboard are also located there.

Most of the student services, the Student Guidance and Counseling Service (ZSB), the Registrar's Office, the Service Centre for Examination Matters (SPA), the Internship Office, the Center for Information and Media Technologies (ZIMT), and EULE, as well as other offices are located in the Helsinki Building. It also provides various small and medium-sized meeting rooms.

The Riga 1-9 buildings are located directly behind the Helsinki building. There you will find the departments of Mathematics, History, Politics, the Seminary of Protestant Theology, European Studies as well as the Internship Office and the centres "ZfL", "ZWW", "NEC", "ZeBUSS" and "ICES".

The Tallinn 3 building is located directly behind the Helsinki building. It houses the studios of the Art and Visual Media Department and the Textile and Fashion Department.

The Vilnius 1 and 2 buildings are located directly behind the Riga building complex. The EUM departments and the ProRef centre are located there.

The Amsterdam building is located right next to the FlensArena. The sports science department is located there.

The Göteborg building is located directly behind the Oslo building. There you will find the Studentenwerk's cafeteria, student lounges and childcare facilities.

The Madrid Building houses a satellite office and is not located on the central campus, but near the train station. The professorial chairs, departments and projects of the International Institute for Management and Economic Education (IIM), the international Master's of Engineering program SESAM and the department Energy and Environmental Management (EUM) are all located in this building.

The Audimax/Hörsaalzentrum, the Central Auditorium, is a facility which is jointly used by the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences and the Europa-Universität Flensburg. The largest lecture rooms on the campus are located in this building.

The ZHB is a joint institution of the University of Applied Sciences and the Europa-Universität Flensburg.

The sports science department, as well as the University's sports centre and fitness centre ("CampusFitness"), are located in the same complex as the Flens-Arena. We just call it Luxembourg Building (LUX).
