Description
Language of instruction: Spanish
Dear students (especially the ones from the study program B.A. International Management),
We would like to make you a unique offer and take the opportunity to take a look at all the topics of B1 Spanish in order to consolidate and deepen them, to repeat them and also to dispel doubts. To this end, I invite you to take an (intensive) journey into the Spanish-speaking world, which should help you to take a fresh look at what you have learned.
Whom is the course suitable for?
This course is designed for those who have already had Spanish 1 (B1) or higher at IIM (other participants with previous knowledge of at least B1 are also welcome) and now wish to repeat, improve and reconsider their knowledge.
What topics will be touched upon?
Speaking and interaction, the culture and topics of the economy/region as well as grammar, which we want to accompany with different media, will be central. In particular, we rely on an A2 basis (e.g. pasts, prepositions, perífrasis, etc.) in order to better understand the topics of B1 (subjunctive (present), passive, future, word groups, etc.). Likewise, open questions are always welcome!
How long is the course?
We will have 60 crash course teaching units (10 days of 6 x 45 minutes each) in the lecture-free period. During this time from 09.00 to 15.00 we will deal thematically with the consolidation of B1.
How do I prove my language level?
(@IIM:) We just need to know if you have participated in Spanish 1 this semester or have already gained further knowledge (for higher semesters, e.B. Spanish 3, etc.).
(@other students:) If you are looking outside the Spanish focus at IIM, then upload previous certificates from B1 or take the Spanish placement test.
What should I bring with me?
Joy, openness and interest in the Spanish language. Teaching materials are provided.
What is the goal?
Without writing an exam at the end, all necessary skills and (cultural) knowledge should be deepened and a stable or restored basis for new challenges in the Spanish language should be created.
Join us, since the best investment is the one in yourself! ¡NOS VEMOS PRONTO!
