The language course "German A1.1" is suitable for students without previous knowledge.

Course content:
This course is about the acquisition of the first basic knowledge of the German language, which is imparted on the basis of everyday conversation topics and situations.
They learn, for example, to greet each other, to ask for their name, address, telephone number and subject, to talk about their family, to understand the times or to talk about cultural offers, etc.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. For this, it is also necessary to complete homework in order to practice and consolidate what you have learned.
The course comprises 60 attendance hours. Attendance is compulsory. If you wish to have a certificate of achievement, you must not miss more than 12 hours of lessons (20%).
You will have to reckon with an additional 60 hours for homework, vocabulary work, presentation preparation and exam preparation. A final exam will be written on the last day of the course.

The course is based on the B2.1 course. The course consolidates German language skills at lower levels and adds complex content. You will broaden your means of communication and deepen your understanding of grammar by discussing controversial topics. The course focuses on the development of vocabulary and written expression.
On the basis of presentations on political and cultural topics from everyday life, you will practice speaking freely in front of an audience and the form of presentation during your studies together with the correct composition of a handouts.
