Description
The Danish A1.1 course is suitable for students with no previous knowledge of Danish. Basic knowledge of Danish grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation is taught through everyday conversations and situation (welcome and introduction, nationality and language, food and drinks, travel, addresses and numbers). The following topics are dealt with in the development of word fields: presentation of the person and acquaintances of persons (names, nationality, profession or course of study, place of origin, family), hobbies and interests, food and drink, travel, clothing, figures. Emphasis of the grammar focuses on questions, pronouns, articles, verbs in the present, imperative and future, modal and auxiliary verbs.
The course takes place once a week and is designed in such a way that the participants complete the first level (A1.1) according to the European Framework in one semester. In the following semester, the course A1.2 can be taken.

The Danish A1.2 course is suitable for students with previous knowledge of Danish at the A1.1 . The basic knowledge of the Danish A1.1 course is consolidated and further developed with a focus on everyday conversational topics and situations (welcome and presentation, nationality and language, food and drinks, travel, addresses and numbers).
The course takes place once a week, in addition, two block terminals are planned. The language course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the second level (A1.2) according to the European Framework of Reference in one semester. In the following semester, the course A2.1 can be taken.
In the course covers course book chapters 6 to 10.

Description
The Danish A2.1 course is suitable for students with basic knowledge of Danish. The course builds on the Danish A1.2 course and ensures that participants’ previous knowledge is further strengthened and expanded by means of everyday communication and situations such as directions, camping and holidays, school and training system in Denmark, personal descriptions, etc.
Emphasis on grammar will be, among other things, the perfect, preterit, plusquamperfect, indirect speech, various pronouns and use of adjectives.
The course takes place once a week. The language course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the second level (A2.1) according to the European Framework in one semester. In the following semester the Danish A2.2 can be taken.
The course covers course book chapters 11 to 15.

Description
The Danish A2.2 course is suitable for students with a beginner’s level of Danish or have successfully completed the A2.1 Danish course. The course builds on the Danish A2.1 course and, through everyday conversations and situations, such as complaints, introductory talks, occupations, housing conditions, etc., ensures that Danish knowledge is further strengthened and expanded.
Emphasis on the grammar will be, among other things, the passive, conjunctival and the subjunctive.
The course takes place once a week, in addition, two blocks are planned. The language course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the second level (A2.2) of the European Framework of Reference in one semester.
The course covers course book chapters 16 to 20.

Target group:
The Danish language course B1.1 is suitable for participants with solid basic knowledge who have successfully completed the A2.2 course and are aiming for good oral and written knowledge of the Danish language.
Course content:
The aim of this course is to acquire an extended basic knowledge of the Danish language through everyday conversation topics and situations. Overarching topics deal with nature, culture and society. You will learn to express your opinion and talk about topics that are of personal interest to you.
A final exam will be written on the last day of the course.
