Target group:
The language course is suitable for students with no previous knowledge.
Course content:
This course is designed to provide students with an initial basic knowledge of the German language by means of everyday conversation topics and situations.
For example, you will learn how to greet each other, ask for name, address, telephone number and subject of study, talk about family, understand times or talk about cultural events, describe a daily routine, understand job advertisements, talk about clothes, talk to a doctor, describe a route or write a postcard, etc.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. It is also necessary to do homework in order to further practice and consolidate what you have learned.
The course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the language level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in one semester.

Target group:
The language course is suitable for students with some previous knowledge who have successfully completed the A1.2 course with a certificate of achievement or who have achieved at least 25 points in the placement test.
Course content:
The basic knowledge of German grammar and vocabulary acquired in the A1 basic course will be further developed on the basis of everyday conversation topics and situations.
For example, you will learn to understand and give advice, give a mini-presentation, introduce a sight, complain, describe a picture or write a story.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. It is also necessary to do homework in order to further practice and consolidate what you have learned.

Target group:
The German course B1.1 is for students with a solid basic knowledge of German who have successfully completed the A2 course with a certificate of achievement or who have achieved at least 74 points in the placement test.
Course content:
This course is about the acquisition of extended basic knowledge of the German language, which will be taught by means of everyday conversation topics and situations.
For example, you will learn how to plan a business idea, write your opinion in a forum, write a complaint e-mail or give a short lecture.
Using role-plays, discussions, presentations and learning games, grammar topics are repeated and everyday and special speaking situations are practised.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. This also requires the completion of homework in order to further practice and consolidate what has been learned.
The course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the first part level (B1.1) according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages in one semester.

Target group:
The language course is suitable for students with advanced knowledge who have successfully completed the B1 course with a certificate of achievement and have achieved at least 119 points in the placement test.
Course content:
In the course, German language skills at lower levels are consolidated and supplemented with complex content. By means of partly controversial topics of conversation, you will expand your communication tools and deepen your understanding of grammar. The course focuses on expanding your vocabulary and written expression.
Using presentations on political and cultural topics from everyday life, you will practise speaking freely in front of an audience and the form of presentation in your studies together with the correct writing of a hand out. You will learn to understand evaluations (book review), to compile information from several texts, to take notes in a structured way, to use notes for summaries and to write coherent texts.
Regular and active participation is a prerequisite for successful completion of the course. It is also necessary to do homework in order to further practice and consolidate what has been learned.
The course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the first sublevel (B2.1) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages during this time.

Course content:
Using topics from the fields of the working world, business, media and language, the language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) are trained and developed. Grammatical structures will be expanded and deepened in accordance with communicative needs, linked to topics and language activities.
You will learn, for example, how to listen actively, write a summary, practise giving lectures, create texts in a varied way and write literary texts.

You will not receive a C1-certificate that is recognized throughout Germany or internationally, but a graded certificate of achievement from the Language Center.
