Description

The Finnish A1.1 course is suitable for participants without previous knowledge. It is primarily intended to provide a first basic knowledge of the Finnish language and an insight into the culture of the country.

Topics of the course A1.1 are greetings and introduction/ asking for help if you don't understand something/ asking how you feel/ asking about age, address or price/ describing characteristics of people/ telling about your own family/ months, seasons and the weather, and we also learn useful phrases for dealing with each other.

Grammatically, we will deal with pronunciation, questions, negation, basic numbers, simple verb forms and the first cases.
