Description

The Russian course A1.1 is suitable for students with no prior knowledge of Russian.

Students learn the Cyrillic alphabet and the foundations of Russian grammar (genus of nouns, personal pronouns, conjugation of types of verbs). The focus of the course is on active speaking and understanding (greeting, presentation, nationality, etc.) so that simple everyday situations in the target language can be mastered. The following topics are covered in this course:

  •     Presentation of people (names, nationality, occupation, hobbies)
  •     Family (Family members)
  •     Housing situation (indicate location, indicate location)

The course takes place from 12.04.-05.07.2017 once a week, in addition there are two appointments on Friday afternoon. The course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the first level (A1.1) according to the European Framework in one semester.

The course covers course book chapters 1 to 4.
