Description
The Russian course A1.1 is aimed at students without previous knowledge.
Step by step the students learn the Cyrillic alphabet and the basics of Russian grammar (genus of nouns, personal pronouns, conjugation types of verbs). The course focuses on active speaking and comprehension (greeting, presentation, nationality, etc.) so that simple everyday situations can be mastered.
The following topics are covered in this course: Presentation of a person (name, nationality, profession, hobbies), family (family members)and the housing situation (specify place of residence, specify location).
The course takes place once a week. It is designed in such a way that the participants complete the first partial level (A1.1) according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages in one semester. Chapters 1 to 4 of the course book will be covered during class.

Description
The Russian language course A 1.2 is based on the contents of the basic course A1.1. Thus, the course is suitable for Russian learners who have participated in the A1.1 course or have previous knowledge of the Russian language. Active speaking and comprehension remains in focus. The vocabulary is extended by practical exercises and new topics. The following topics are covered in this course:
- Food and Meals
- Daily routines
- Transportation
- Time
The grammar focuses on time indications, prepositions, aspects of animation, tenses of the verb, verbs of movement and reflexive verbs. The course takes place once a week. The course is designed in such a way that the participants complete the second level (A1.2) according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages in one semester.Chapters 4 to 7 of the course book will be covered during the class.
