Description

The Norwegian A1 course is suitable for participants with no previous knowledge. It is primarily about teaching the first basic knowledge of the Norwegian language.The aim is to teach basic knowledge of Norwegian grammar and vocabulary by means of everyday conversation topics and situations (greeting and introduction; nationality and language; addresses and numbers). The main topics are as follows: Presentation of a person and introduction of a person (name, nationality, profession or study course, place of origin, family), hobbies and interests. The grammar focuses on personal pronouns, possesive pronouns, question particles, question words and nominal sentences.

Description

This course is aimed at participants with (little) previous knowledge. At the beginning, there will be a repetition so that everyone is roughly at the same level. Grammar skills will be developed and pronunciation strengthened.

The course has a communicative and cultural focus. The communicative and grammatical knowledge will be extended and more will be learned about Norwegian culture and way of life. The grammar focuses on pronouns, the formation of subordinate clauses, tenses, irregular verbs and conjunctions.

The language course is designed in such a way that the participants complete level A2 according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages in one semester.
