Eligibility conditions

To qualify for editorial help from EUF Translation and Editing Services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are a professor, lecturer, researcher, academic staff member, or doctoral student at Europa-Universität Flensburg.
• The text to be edited is a grant proposal, academic article, abstract, or book introduction/single chapter.*
• It is 100% finished at the time of application.
• It was written or co-written by you.
• It complies with Europa-Universität Flensburg's statutes on good scientific practice.

Acceptance conditions

If you use our service, we kindly ask you to support us as follows:

• Provide us with requested feedback in a timely manner.
• Cite EUF in the acknowledgements to your published text. 
• Promptly inform us if your edited text is accepted for publication.
• Double check the content of your edited text.**
• Send a copy of the published text and/or full citation information to:  editor-PleaseRemoveIncludingDashes-@uni-flensburg.de.
