SUMMARY:ZeBUSS/ICES/CREST Project Grant Proposal Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The DFG Project Grant (Sachbeihilfe) is Germany’s most popul
 ar topic-open funding format for basic research. Are you considering to su
 bmit a Sachbeihilfe proposal or are already working on it, then our DFG An
 tragswerkstatt in Spring Semester 2025 can support you along your way to s
 ubmitting the proposal! This workshop, organized by the EUF’s three core
  research centres ZeBUSS, ICES and CREST, is designed for post-doctoral re
 searchers and professors, aiming to complete a DFG proposal over the cours
 e of the semester. Participants will meet every 3-4 weeks for 1.30 hours v
 ia Webex, forming interdisciplinary or subject-specific groups of 2-3 peop
 le. Each session will cover one or more chapters in the proposal template 
 with a peer-to-peer discussion of the participants’ proposal sections fo
 llowed by a brief input from Simone Onur and Maria Schwab about the next c
 hapter. Between sessions, participants will write the designated proposal 
 section and share it a few days before the next meeting for peer review. C
 oncrete dates and organizational details will be determined in the first s
