Ali Taleb has been a research and teaching assitant (PhD Student) at EUF since August 2020. Prior to joining EUF, he was a PhD student at Strathclyde University in Glasgow (UK).
His research interests incluce the microeconomic aspects of international economics and trade, environmental economics, and energy economics. He has written on the effectiveness of certain environmental and energy policies, such as air quality regulations and solar energy adoption. In his work, he uses quantitative methods of applied micro-econometrics.
Ali Taleb holds bachelor's degree in economics, and in political science and public administration. He holds a master's degree in financial economics and banking.
