Validation of the swHSQ across countries

The scales of the swHSQ (short work-related Humor Styles Questionnaire; Scheel et al., 2016) are based on the four humor styles and the HSQ of Martin et al. (2003). The two so-called positive humor styles encompass the affiliative and the self-enhancing styles, and the so-called negative styles are the aggressive and the self-defeating one. The styles are beneficially resp. maladaptively related to for well-being, social relationships and work attitudes. Goal of the project is the validation of this short scale for diverse languages.
