Evaluation of Humor Trainings

Is humor trainable, are humor trainings effective, and does the humor of the trainers reduce the resistance to the training?
Within this study, we evaluate the effectiveness of the two-day humor trainings in relation to the voluntariness of participation, the personality of the participants (e.g., self-compassion) and the perception of the trainers' humor with regard to the future use of humor and well-being.
