This event is a "practical exercise/workshop". According to §52 HSG, paragraph 12, this event format is explicitly excluded from the lifting of the attendance obligation.

Subject of the Course:

As part of the AdA seminar, the trainer aptitude test can be taken in accordance with the Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude (AEVO). The event is offered with the kind support of the IHK Flensburg.

Thomas Laubach will lead the seminar.

Qualification Goals:

The students can convey knowledge and skills in a contemporary and practical way. The students are familiar with the essential requirements for the design of company training processes and structures.

The students are able to train young people to be responsible, proactive and independently acting employees.

The event serves to prepare for the IHK exam in accordance with the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO).

Examination:

Regular participation (compulsory attendance!) / presentation / written exam and oral exam at the end of the semester

The AdA seminar offer is aimed exclusively at students in the 3rd and higher semesters. Please note that the seminar is limited to 32 participants and admission to the IHK exam requires proof of previous knowledge.

Attendance at the seminar is compulsory. If you are unable to attend one of the appointments for health reasons, we ask that you submit a medical certificate.
