Language requirements
(one of the following prerequisites)

1. Proof of foreign language skills at level B1 according to the CEFR (e.g. through a placement test at a language school, the Institut Français or similar, DELF/DALF certificates).

2. Proof of foreign language skills at level A2 according to the CEFR (e.g. by means of a placement test at a language school, at the Institut Français or similar, DELF/DALF certificates) plus a compulsory, free intensive course at the Romance Department of the European University Flensburg before the start of studies

3. Abitur or school-leaving certificate entitling the holder to university studies at a school in a French- or Spanish-speaking country.

4. For French: Abitur from a French-speaking school in Germany

5. Abitur from a German Gymnasium with completion of the subject French/Spanish as an advanced course/profile course

6. Abitur from a German Gymnasium with completion of the subject French/Spanish for at least three years plus a compulsory, free intensive course at the Romance Seminar of the European University Flensburg before the start of studies
